At Paradise on the Beach the safey of our staff and guests are of the upmost importance to us. We are closely monitoring the Australian and Queensland governments advice regarding COVD-19 and are following the recommended guidelines from their health departments.

We take our standards for hygiene and cleanliness very seriously and are undertaking the following additonal steps to ensure the safety of our guests and staff:
Our cleaning and disinfecting protocols will be closely followed to clean room after guests depart with particular attention paid to high touch items e.g light switches, door handles. Cleaning staff will wear disposable gloves while in rooms and will discard them before entering a new room. The washing of hands and sanitiser will be required before entering another room.
When servicing rooms, staff will wear gloves which will be discarded before entering a new room. The washing of hands and sanitiser will be required before entering another room. We do ask that guests vacate the room while our cleaning staff are in there.
The cleaning and disinfecting of our common areas have been increased, again with a focus on high touch items. We do ask that all guests follow protocols for meeting social distancing guidelines while in our public areas e.g. BBQ and Pool area.
The frequency of cleaning and disinfecting has also been increased in all staff only areas.
We do ask that if a guest feels unwell during their stay at Paradise on the Beach, to isolate in their room and inform reception so procedures can be followed in line with Queensland Health recommendations.
